I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for taking the extra time and effort to make our UPS switch over feel effortless, I know it was not.  As you know, the original plan for the switchover would have crippled our organization by requiring us to cancel any OR cases, go on divert in our ED and Cath Lab, and closed down our Radiology department.  During this time we also would have been without our patient medical record information which could prove catastrophic in an emergency.  It is comforting to know that we have a partner, in Cove Electric, who understands the healthcare setting and is willing to look outside of the box for solutuions that do not compromise patient care.

Last Thursday the 10th FLoor nurses station was re-located.  Your company was an integral aspect to this move as the Telemetry equipment as well as the non-critical equipment had to be transferred with little to no interruption.  With Cove Electric's assistance the move went nearly perfect.  Your part of the Telemetry move dealing with the emergency power was critical to patient care and could not have been a better asset to the team.

We recently had electrical work completed at Harford Memorial Hospital by your company in conjunction with Shade Construction Company.  I have been in the electrical business fro approximately 15 years, and the work completed here was exceptionally done.  The workmanship was excellent, the follow-up with myself was greatly appreciated.  This was a quality job.  This type of workmanship will greatly reduce my work on this area in the future.  Again, I want to express my appreciation for the standard of quality you expect from your people, the quality and attention to detail that they give their work.
